We always recommend adopting best practice for managing farm safety and asset maintenance. Conducting a farm audit on an annual basis would be prudent, along with creating a farm asset schedule and photos.
Please note: Undertaking the audit is not a requirement to take out a policy with Farmstyle Insurance. However, depending on the construction type and age of the assets, we may ask you for photos.
Photos and audit records may also be useful in the event of a claim. They can help our assessors quickly understand what happened and what’s possible for a quick resolution.
